This is a general Terms & Conditions template prepared for Multibox based on the products and services described on multiboxplastic.ae. It is not legal advice — we recommend having it reviewed by a UAE-qualified legal advisor before publishing, particularly the clauses on liability, payment and dispute resolution.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using multiboxplastic.ae (“the Website”), requesting a quotation, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with Multibox, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order with us.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, distributors and business partners who interact with the Website or purchase products from Multibox, whether based in the UAE or internationally.

Use of the Website

You may browse the Website, view our product catalogue, and submit enquiries or requests for quotation for lawful business purposes only. You agree not to:

- - Use the Website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair it, or interfere with any other party’s use of it
  - Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, other accounts, or connected computer systems
  - Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data from the Website without our prior written consent
  - Upload or transmit any material that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes the rights of others

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Website at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Multibox, or third parties.

Products & Descriptions

We aim to describe our products — including dimensions, capacity, material (HDPE or PP) and intended use — as accurately as possible on the Website and in our downloadable catalogue. However:

- - Colours, textures and finishes may appear differently depending on your screen and are not a binding representation
  - Minor variations in dimensions, weight and capacity may occur due to the manufacturing process and are considered normal
  - Product availability, specifications and the product range may change without prior notice
  - Custom or made-to-order products are manufactured according to the specification agreed with you in writing and may not be returned once production has started, except where defective

Quotations & Orders

Prices, availability and product information shown on the Website are for general reference and do not constitute a binding offer. A binding commercial arrangement is only formed once:

- - You submit an enquiry or request for quotation via the Website, phone or email
  - Multibox issues a formal, written quotation or proforma invoice
  - You confirm the order in writing (email or purchase order) and, where required, make the agreed deposit or payment

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the document (or, if unstated, 30 days) and are subject to raw-material price fluctuations, order volume and confirmed lead times. We reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel any order, including after confirmation, in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud, in which case any payment made will be refunded.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise agreed, and are exclusive of VAT and shipping/freight charges unless stated otherwise on the quotation. Payment terms (including any deposit, milestone payments, or credit terms) will be set out in your quotation or sales agreement.

Accepted payment methods, bank details and any late-payment terms will be confirmed on the relevant invoice. Multibox reserves the right to withhold production or delivery until payment terms agreed in the sales contract have been met.

Delivery & Risk

Estimated lead times and delivery dates provided on the Website, in quotations, or by our team are indicative and not guaranteed, as they depend on order volume, customisation, and shipping conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery schedules from our Sharjah facility to destinations across the UAE and internationally.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, risk in the products passes to you upon dispatch from our facility or handover to the carrier. Title to the products remains with Multibox until payment has been received in full.

Returns, Warranty & Claims

Multibox stands behind the quality of its ISO 9001:2015-certified products. If a product is found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use:

Please notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery, with photos and your order/invoice reference
We will inspect the claim and, where a defect is confirmed, offer a repair, replacement, or credit at our discretion
This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, overloading, improper storage, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised modification
Custom-manufactured products are non-returnable unless defective, as they are produced specifically to your specification

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including the Multibox name and logo, product photography, catalogue content, text, graphics and layout — is owned by or licensed to Multibox and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Acceptable Use

Any information you submit through our contact or enquiry forms (such as your name, company, email or phone number) must be accurate and provided by you or with authorisation to act on behalf of your organisation. You agree not to misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party sites, including our social media pages and certification bodies such as WRG Certifications. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

Disclaimer

The Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we take care to keep information accurate and up to date, Multibox makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the Website or its content, to the fullest extent permitted by UAE law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Multibox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss (including loss of profits, business or data) arising from your use of the Website or products supplied. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the value paid by you for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory UAE law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Multibox, its directors, employees and agents harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Website, breach of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your dealings with Multibox shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably, failing which it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sharjah, UAE.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, operations, or legal requirements. The “Effective date” at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
